I know that Windows XP has now been superceded by Windows Vista and Windows 7, but there are still a large number of users who have a computer with Windows XP, and need some help with it. This set of 39 video tutorials gives you over 2 hours of video training, starting with the very basics of the operating system such as "What is a Window?" and "How to turn off your computer properly", to more advanced topics such as using the Windows Control Panel to change Mouse and Keyboard settings or add/remove programs.

A set of 10 modules teaching how to set up and use Google Mail. These are in a package in compressed 'ZIP' file format.
