How do we deliver our training and other services?

There are many ways to deliver computer training, and in the Silver Surfers Academy we recognise that not everyone learns in the same way, so we provide several different types of training resources, as follows:

Personal IT Training - Learn at your own pace in your own home with an expert by your side. [N.B. This service is available in the UK only - see the 'more information' link for more details ] Personal IT Support - We can also visit to help with computer/Internet setup, or resolve specific queries and/or problems with your computer - To enquire about IT Support Services please click on the button here, and then use the 'Enquire Here' button to enter the details of your enquiry and to arrange a visit.
Computer Video Tutorials - Learn how to use your computer more effectively by following the tutorials again and again and trying out the techniques on your own machine. Video Tutorials are currently available as DVDs for delivery to UK addresses. FREE Sample videos can be viewed on the 'Details' page for each product, or via the 'Sample IT Training Videos' link on the left of this page. Online versions will be available soon - please complete an Enquiry form to be informed when new videos are available.
